1. Diet tricks

The other diet trick is a simple one that is also cheap. Before your meals, eat an apple. Do this 3 times a day. It’s as simple as eating the apple 5 minutes before you’re going to eat. By doing this, the 5 grams of fiber in the apple help to fill you up ahead of time. This crowds out some of the meal’s calories.

So what happens is you are able to slightly reduce your calories, make those calories healthier more important calories, as well as helped your Digestive System due to the fiber in your apples.

2. 10,000 steps a day

There was a study awhile back that simply monitored how many steps each person took. Most Americans take 2,000 - 3,000 steps a day. But did you know the Amish people take on average 17,000 steps a day. Who do you think is healthier and leaner? If you were to take a short 20 minute walk each day, this will pretty much put you in range for walking 10,000 steps a day.

At that point, you’re in the ideal movement phase for weight loss.
