I ‘ m 14 and i don ‘ t have A LOT of belly fat , but i want to lose what i have and firm my tummy (:

i can ‘ t take the pills to shed the weight ( obviously )
but a 5-10 minute work out you could tell me everyday that i could use please and thank you(:

I stoped drinking soda, and lost 10 pounds. Or at least when i do its diet.

-Start drinking Green Tea, It helps boost metabolism, (coffee isnt bad either, but green tea is the best)
-Maybe start walking a bit, it’s great before bed, it makes you feel so good!
-No non-diet pop.
-And fill up on foods with fiber.
-Fiber really fills you up.
-Aviod diets that consist of you only eat one or very few of the same things for a week. (Its not healthy)
-Make sure to get your calcium daily. But if you choose milk, try 1% or skim, i know its gross, but it has the same nurtition but less fat.

That combined with daily exercise can help you lots, even if its just 10 mins of dancing, or push ups, or well, anything active that you want to do!!!
