    what is the best way to burn or lose stomach fat?
    what is the best way to lose or burn stomach fat and man boobs i want the best not the fastest the best way to burn stomach and man boobs i don’t really have man boobs but there a little puffy and i would like to know how to burn or lose stomach fat and man boobs thanks to all who answer.
    i dont have treadmill and i do eat very healthy

    It’s true that you can’t ’spot reduce’ fat, so the best thing to do is aerobic exercise combined with a weight training program.

    Suitable exercises include: cycling, swimming, jogging, running, squash, brisk walking. Do this for 30-45 minutes per session sustained. Add a weight training program into the equation.. do bench press, situps, squats, dumbell row, chinups.

    Keep doing it and you will see results.

    You don’t need a treadmill, just go outside and run. Interval training is best for burning fat. Meaning sprint for 1 minute and then jog for 20 seconds and keep repeating and eventually increasing to longer sprints. Interval cardio is agreat way to burn fat. Of course you are going to have to include a healthy diet plan. You must burn more calories then you eat in a day.
